The short version

If you’re not happy with your Loomweaver subscription, email us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked, no forms to fill out, no exit survey.

This applies to every paid subscription tier and every renewal. We’d rather you have your money back than feel stuck paying for something that doesn’t fit your table.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your Loomweaver account within 14 days of the charge. Include:

We’ll process the refund within 5 business days. The refund is issued through our payment processor and will return to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card, it may take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.

What happens to your account

A refund cancels the current billing period. You’ll lose access to paid features at the end of the period the refund covers. Your account itself is not deleted — your campaigns, characters, NPCs, and other content stay where they are, and you can keep using the free tier or resubscribe later.

If you want to fully delete your account along with the refund, just say so in your email and we’ll handle both at the same time.

Outside the 14-day window

After 14 days we don’t offer automatic refunds, but we’ll always look at fair-faith requests case by case. If something genuinely went wrong on our end (extended outage, billing error, unexpected charge), email [email protected] and we’ll make it right.

Subscription cancellation (no refund needed)

If you just want to stop future charges without a refund of the current period, you can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app’s billing settings. You’ll keep access to paid features through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and the subscription won’t renew.
